Position Summary:
AR Mobile Concrete LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Volumetric Concrete Truck Plant Manager to oversee daily operations of our mobile concrete production fleet. This position is responsible for managing volumetric concrete truck operations, quality control, maintenance coordination, driver supervision, and production efficiency.
Eventually this position will grow to include, sales and scheduling/dispatch
AR Mobile Concrete LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Volumetric Concrete Truck Plant Manager to oversee daily operations of our mobile concrete production fleet. This position is responsible for managing volumetric concrete truck operations, quality control, maintenance coordination, driver supervision, and production efficiency.
Eventually this position will grow to include, sales and scheduling/dispatch
The ideal candidate has experience in ready-mix concrete, volumetric concrete operations, construction materials, fleet management, or related heavy equipment industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of volumetric concrete trucks.
- Coordinate deliveries, and driver assignments.
- Ensure all concrete produced meets mix design and quality specifications.
- Monitor inventory levels of cement, aggregates, admixtures, and other materials.
- Schedule and coordinate truck maintenance and repairs.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate truck operators and production personnel.
- Review production reports, batch records, and delivery documentation.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety policies.
- Assist with estimating production requirements and forecasting material needs.
- Troubleshoot equipment, production, and scheduling issues.
- Monitor job costs, production efficiency, and fleet utilization.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in concrete production, ready-mix, volumetric concrete, or related construction operations.
- Strong knowledge of concrete mix designs and quality control procedures.
- Experience supervising employees and coordinating field operations.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and scheduling software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- CDL Class A or B.
- Experience operating volumetric concrete trucks.
- ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician certification.
- DOT compliance and fleet management experience.
- Knowledge of ASTM and concrete testing standards.

Work Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
- Saturdays as required by production schedules and customer demand.
