Job Description:
AR Utilities & Excavation LLC is seeking dependable, hardworking General Laborers to join our underground utility construction crews.
Our company specializes in the installation of underground water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and fire protection systems.
NO CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE NECESSARY – WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN!
While previous construction experience is preferred, it is not required. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, are comfortable performing physical labor, and are willing to learn a skilled trade.
Experience working outdoors or performing hands-on work, such as landscaping, farming, ranching, construction, or general maintenance, is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist construction crews with underground utility installation.
- Perform general labor, including digging, shoveling, lifting, and moving materials.
- Assist with pipe installation, trench preparation, and backfilling.
- Operate hand tools and small construction equipment as directed.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- Follow instructions from foremen and equipment operators.
- Work as part of a team to complete daily construction activities.
Qualifications:
- No previous construction experience required.
- Previous outdoor or hands-on work experience preferred.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and punctuality.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to follow directions and work well with others.
- Reliable transportation to designated job sites.
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
